Delivery Information

As soon as you have completed your on-line order you will receive an email confirming that your order has been accepted.

Aussie Butt Cream™ products are delivered using Australia Post's Regular Parcel Post Service.

Delivery Within Australia

Handling and postage costs for destinations within Australia is included in the purchase price.

Your order will be delivered to the physical address you have nominated in your online order form. If you are not available to acknowledge receipt of the order, the goods will be stored at the nearest Australia Post Office. Australia Post will leave a notice indicating that you were not available to receive the order and your order is ready for your collection at the nearest post office.

Your chamois cream will usually be shipped within 1-2 working days and you can expect receipt within 3 to 6 business days depending on the location. More remote and rural areas take a further 1 to 2 days. We are unable to be responsible for late arrival of orders due to shipping delays. The shipping and delivery charge also appears in the Buy Here page of the website.

Deliveries are made to all destinations within Australia by Australia Post's Regular Parcel Post Service.

Delivery Outside Australia

We are able to arrange shipment of products outside of Australia. If you are purchasing goods for delivery to a destination outside of Australia, please contact us on sales@aussiebuttcream.com to arrange a quote for freight charges to your chosen destination.
