Our Refund Policy

Should your Aussie Butt Cream™ product be damaged on arrival you are able to return it with your receipt for a refund or replacement within 10 days. The product however must not be opened.

We agree to refund the full amount of your purchase, except where:

1. You have simply changed your mind or no longer want the goods;
2. You found the same item at a similar price elsewhere;
3. You were responsible for causing the damage;
4. You have not used the product before the expiry date.

Shipping or postage charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility.
